Data we collect
- Hosts: a mobile number for sign-in, and the event details they enter (name, date, venue, card design).
- Guests: the name and mobile number added by the host, the guest's RSVP response, and the check-in time when their pass is scanned.
How we use it
Only to run the event: delivering the invitation, reminder and entry pass over WhatsApp, showing RSVP status to the host, and verifying entry at the venue. We do not sell data, share it for marketing, or send promotional messages.
Messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and are processed by Meta under its own policies. Any guest can opt out at any time by replying “STOP”.
Retention
Guest names, numbers and messages are deleted automatically 60 days after the event ends. After that we keep only anonymous totals.
Security
Data is stored on protected servers and sent over encrypted connections. Entrance scanning devices never hold guest phone numbers.
