An elegant invitation on WhatsApp, and a QR pass that welcomes guests at the door
Design your card from a collection of refined templates and send it to each guest as an official WhatsApp message. Guests reply with one tap and receive their entry pass, while you watch who's coming and who sent regrets, as it happens.
Example: the guest receives the invitation on WhatsApp with accept and decline buttons, and after accepting receives a personal QR entry pass.
From the invitation card to the venue door, all in one place
A refined digital card
Designed in minutes and delivered straight to each guest's phone, in classic Arabic calligraphy and floral templates.
RSVP in one tap
Guests reply inside WhatsApp, and your guest list updates on its own.
QR check-in
Every guest gets a personal code, scanned with a phone at the door and never accepted twice.
Four steps, from idea to arrival
The host sets everything up from their phone. Guests need nothing but WhatsApp.
Design the invitation
Pick a template, then type the host's name, the occasion, the date and the venue. The card takes shape in front of you.
- Premium Arabic typefaces chosen for each template
- Adjust the size and position of every line
- Hijri and Gregorian dates filled in automatically
Add your guests and send
Paste the numbers or upload a file, and they're cleaned up and checked for you. Each guest then receives the invitation as an official WhatsApp message.
- Numbers in any format, Arabic or Latin digits
- See when each message is delivered and read
- An automatic reminder before the day for those attending
Follow replies as they arrive
Every answer shows up instantly: who's coming, who sent regrets, and who hasn't replied yet.
- Guests answer with a button in WhatsApp or from the invitation link
- Anyone who accepts receives their entry pass right away
- Answer guests' questions from the same place
Welcome guests at the door
The host's team opens the check-in page on a phone and scans each guest's code. The result appears instantly in a clear colour, even if the venue loses its internet connection.
- A pass is never accepted twice
- Alerts for outdated or cancelled passes
- A live count of who has arrived

Guests save the occasion to their phone's calendar in one tap.

Data is deleted 60 days after the occasion, and any guest can reply “STOP” to opt out.
Common questions
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The invitation arrives on WhatsApp, guests reply with one tap, and the entry pass arrives in the same chat.
How are messages sent?
Through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, under the N7B name. We never use unofficial bulk-messaging tools.
What if the venue has no internet?
The check-in page stores the guest list on the phone in advance, keeps scanning offline, and syncs once the connection is back.
Can someone get in with another guest's code?
Every code is personal and accepted once. If it's scanned again, the screen warns that it has already been used.
What happens to guest data after the occasion?
Names and numbers are deleted automatically after 60 days. Only anonymous totals remain.
